Default Bent Valve Ok just to replace one valve?

Well I pulled my head off to replace my valve seals and HG and one valve was really hard to get out but eventually I got it out and noticed it was bent a bit.

Is it ok just to replace one of the valves? or should i replace all of them and take it to a machine shop and get it cleaned and all that good stuff?

Thanks

when replacing just one valve i plan to use valve grinding compound and do it to all the valves.

you're probably gonna need a valve guide.

How will i know if i need a new valve guide?

the seat looks clean i'm still gonna use the valve grinding compound though.

the valve was not bent badly it was a slight bend which made it not slide out as easily and required me to use force. then i used a straight edge to check them and it was just that one that is bent

You should not use valve grinding compound, it will damage your valves.

The head is off...take it to a trusted shop and ask the professional. If you talk nicely to them they'll be very helpful.

You don't want to DIY and not get it right...only to be pulling the head again next week.

IMO they should be able to just replace the one valve and guide. Set the spring height and you should be good.

Ask them what the price difference is and if they didn't have a lot of money what would they do ?

following everyones advice I called around to a few shops

found a reputable reliable one
that said $425 to clean the head, 3 angle valve job, and replace valve guides(Not including price of the guides). i'll just get them to put it all together for me too.

they want me to bring the head in to see if i just need to replace the exhaust side to save me some money.

Thumbs up for OPEL in Streamwood, IL

and i'm thinking about just buying fererra valves 5000 series.

thanks everyone.
