Icon2 Benen Fuel Rail Leak problem HELP!

ok i have a benen fuel rail and its been leaking out through the fitting/fuel line. i dont know what is causing this i was thinking it was the fitting size? if that is the problem then why would they even use that fitting? and i also read something about using a 6an fitting? im not too sure...can anyone help? need it fixed asap
btw i have a b series 94 hatch.

Is it leaking from the hose fitting or the thread?

im not too sure. i think it might be the thread. because i know there is a thin string thats inside the thread of the fuel rail right? and it came off

I had the same problem with an egay fuel rail. The threads were not getting tight. You need a new threaded adapter. I would email benin
