Deffinitly YES with the Axxis Ultimates! Thats why they come with bedding instructions! They absolutey suck before they are bedded.

Axxis Ultimates are not an "everyday normal" driving pad but a high performance street pad/light autocross pad.

They come with bedding instructions? The pads I bought didn't come with any. What is the manufacturs suggested bedding in instructions?

neither did mine. but bedding in is usually the same for all pads. do a couple of easy 60 - 0 stops, then a few HARD 70-0 stops (pads should be smokin' and stinkin' bad at this point). then drive around for 10 minutes using the brakes as little as possible, and then park overnight. you want to start by evenly heating the pad. then get the material hot enough to vaporize the adhesive compound leftover, then cool pad evenly, then let the pad cool completely. this has worked very well for all of my brake pads.
