Default Bearings in Distributer

Ok my bearings in my dist. are bad, i can and have taken apart the whole dist. but cannot figure out how to take the "shaft" out. Can someone explain to me how to do this, and if it is even possible to replace bearings in the distributer.

Dude,

If you get the shaft out of the distributor, change your name to Civic_mechanic. Actually, what I did was to get another distributor from my parts bin. I had the exact same problem. It melted the rotor button and spun it like cotton candy-Literally. Cool huh?

Anyways, that is what I did to solve my problem. If you figure this ou, email me to let me know how it happens.

My car seems to be running a bit sluggish esp. in vtec, do you think that could be why... thats the only thing that could be causing it to be running a bit sluggish its about 2-3 thenths slower at the track.
