Default battery was dead....need help

i drive a 2001 accord ex coupe and i have hella wires all in my engine. Streetglow and fogs and sub wires everywhere. But my car never died or wouldnt start until today. Coincidently, yesterday i got a new deck installed and my car ran pretty well last nite. And also this morning but when i started it up, my car was dead. Keyless remote didnt work cuz car was out. I jumped it and it struggled. But its up and WAS running. Imma let it sit for awhile but what could have been the problem?..Fuse??...Or could it have been the installation of my deck(which was installed professionally)..i assume
