battery is charged. car will not power-up. help?
I've had to had my car jumped twice this week. on my way home the most recent time, my headlights and guage cluster were flashing bright for some reason. the next day it wont start. all the fuses under steering wheel and under hood are good. battery is full but nothing electronic will power-up. no lights, radio, anything. all the wires from what i can tell look to be ok. any thoughts on where I'm losing the power?

What I meant is check all the fuses including the high current ones, not just the small fuses in the fuse box.
