Default A balanced NA setup

I wanted your opinions on how you would go about creating a balanced NA setup. This is a car that I plan to get involved with road racing with on track days but at the same time, is driven 60 miles a day going back and forth to work. The bottom end has already been built with the compression raised to 11.2:1. The head has also been ported and I'm running a 60mm TB along with a custom grind from crane. Currently I'm still on the stock ecu, and while it's working well, I'm sure it's holding the engine back from making the power that it really can. I was also considering a flywheel, but I'm not sure how much a of difference they really make. Again the car is fairly quick right now, but like any gearhead, I want more...

i'm not completely sure what you are asking, but you might want to look into Hondata to tune the engine. Also, a lightened flywheel will help you rev through the rpm range quicker.
