Default bad oxygen sensor questions.

i know i have at least one bad o2 sensor. i just wanna know if any or all of the following descriptions of problems i'm having with my 98 prelude SH could be the result of it.

1. my car hesitates when i press the gas, then after a couple seconds it pulls. happens in just about all gears.
2. my emissions test result reads that my system is running too lean. dont' have an air/fuel gauge.
3. only when i press hard on the gas in mostly 3rd, 4th, and 5th gears, the car sometimes bogs and takes time to actually accelerate as fast as it should. when i'm easy on the gas and slowly depress it, it seldom happens. usually at higher rpms, it at least feels like it's pulling hard enough.

let me tell you some of my mods so far. injen short ram-air intake, JRSC kit, DC header, apexi n1 exhaust, vtec-afc controller, bosch plugs. now the JRSC came with an adjustable fpr, but no fuel pressure gauge so it's impossible to adjust it properly, this may be the cause of problem #3 above i'm guessing. the first two i'm guessing may be just the result of the bad o2 sensor. also i haven't had my car tuned for it so that may be a factor as well, probably is.

can anyone tell me if i'm right about everything, somewhat right, or way in left field and needs to be kicked repeatedly and hit over the head.

thanks in advance.

Make sure o2 sensor(s) signals are good. I had your problem when I tapped in an extra wire to the o2 signal wire. Ran shietty in closed loop until it hit 4000rpm.

If it runs shitty at WOT- you have another problem. ECU runs open lop at WOT- a bad O2 can cause what you described with hesitation etc..

Sorry to bring this back from the dead but I'm having basically the same problem as described above except this happens only when the car is warmed up. Do you think my problem is more than just an o2 sensor?
