Default Bad Master Cylinder?

hey guys need a little help, i did some searching and i believe i have come to a conclusion.
heres why i think this:
where hard line meets the the soft line off the slave cylinder i had a small leak from not tighting it down well enough, draining all the fluid to where the clutch pedal would hit the floor. infact before i found this out the car came to a halt while pulling out of my driveway and was stuck in reverse.

before it did this sometimes the clutch pedal would get stuck half way while ascending after letting my foot off the clutch.

and i know for a fact the clutch pedal has hit the floor a few times. doesn't this usually cause the mc to fail?

i tried to rebleed the line and not once did i get any pressure at the pedal after it got stuck in reverse.

can anyone confirm that my mc is bad? thanks.
