ok this might sound really stupid but the problem is fixed.
so, after exhausting just about every resource, we decide maybe something was wrong with th edistibutor even though there was spark, we take off the cap and the ******* rotor falls right off, not only that but the screw that holds the rotor cant be found and it seems as though the screw has worn a hole into the inside cover for the dizzy, strange **** how it would start but only bog after warm up but everything seems to be ok now, its the craziest thing ive ever seen.
