Default B20Z sleeves

is the bore the only diffrence between the b20b\z and b18b block? will sleeves designed for b18 fit in the b20?

b18 bore is 81mm, and b20 bore is 84mm. If I were going to sleeve it, I'd do a search and find information on Benson sleeves, I'm pretty sure they have an application to fit the b20.

that is the one major differance yes, but just buy sleeves for your block makes it easier down the road in case there are any minor stupid differances
