I don't believe Darton will MID sleeve a B20. However, GE will. So contact Golden Eagle or PM.

He asked for a sleeeved Darton block. I responed and told him Darton will not sleeve b20s. I assumed that he would still want a sleeved b20 and I told who does have sleeved blocks. What are you not sure of?

B20s cant be sleeved with a Darton MID sleeve. You can use other Darton non-MID sleeves to do the b20 though. If you cant send your own block and want a Darton MID setup. We have B18A/B blocks on hand to do the Darton MID and send it out to you.

it dosnt matter if its darton or GE. what matters is that i do not have to ship a block from denmark to usa.

pick up a darton sleeve b18, bore out to accomadate a 2.0L piston?

would that be your cheapest solution?

Hate to talk about sleeves, but my B20vtec build has Benson sleeves 84.5, CP pistons Pauter Titanium Rods and ACL bearings. its been bullet proof ever since. Ive detenated sevearl times due to bad tuneing and am still running the same rods and setup, just had to change my pistons on the last tear down due to high heat and to far advance on exhaust timeing, and i lost the valve cap into the combustion chamber, anyways. Darton sleeves tend to walk and sink in the block, ive seen this happen several times on my friends high boost b16. we took his head off and his sleeves were several milimeters sunk into the block! Now we are all running Benson in washington and have no complaints, i guess the way he machines out the stock sleeves and tapers the end and sets the sleeves in is better. Granted Benson uses a custom made (only for him and his business) Darton sleeves or something like that. anyways, thats my 2 cents of experience, not saying its the best, but there you go

Any of the larger, respected machine shops should have an LS core on hand. They can sleeve and bore it for you.

GE has B20 core block ready to get sleeved. I just talked / ordered from them last week.
About Darton's "other" sleeve, are they not braced? I believe they are free floating sleeves.
