Default b20vtec spark plugs

Hey guys.
I know this should prob be in the performance forum, but I'm not permitted to post there . So here it goes. I currently have a b20b bottom end and a b16a2 head in my integra with 310 injectors itr valves a clutch n a street tune on chrome. I'm doing some maintenance on the car and I'm wondering what kind of plugs I should put in it. Mostly what brand heat range and most of all what gap I should set the plugs at. Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Josh
