Default Are the b20b and b20z camshafts the same?

I know the b20z has a higher compression ratio then the b20b block, is that why the b20z motor puts more hp down then the b20b motor or is it because the b20z camshafts are more aggressive the b20b camshafts?

cams are the same, the difference is the intake manifold, exhaust manifold, and pistons.
