Default B20A5 crank questions

Hello. I'm considering a deckplated block and the B20A5 is a perfect candidate for a crank because it is cheap, factory, and has a 95mm stroke.
Is there any reason for choosing an Eagle crank over this?
These fit into other B series blocks, correct? Do they accept B18A/B20B/Z rod ends?

the b20a crank is not a direct fit. the eagle crank is.
to use the b20 crank you would have to grind down the rod journals
and move the thrust washers in the block which requires more machining
