B20 vtec questions

Opinions on the best head to use for b20 vtec, any suggestions about B20vtec in general...and Is there anywhere I can order a stock head that isnt ridiculously priced but has a guarantee not to be a like 180k head that is busted?

The ITR head is the best flowing B-series VTEC head. I have one for sale (see signature) or you can check this site:
