Default B20 Integra Smoking pretty bad

Hey guys,

My buddy just got an old Integra with a B20 swap. Supposedly only 60-80k on the motor's most recent build.

Thing smokes like hell while driving. Put it in the garage and ran a dry compression test that cam back with the results:

Cylinder 1: 171
Cylinder 2: 176
Cylinder 3: 170
Cylinder 4: 154

When i pulled the spark plugs, cylinder 4(furthest from timing) a big plume of smoke came out and it continued to smoke for 3 minutes or so. All of the cylinders smoked a little...but not NEARLY as much as cylinder 4.

All 4 spark plugs are pretty carbon' up and they are very obviously wet on the collar of the plug just below the hex portion of the plug with what i assume is oil(dark and viscous). The ceramic portion of the plug seems to be relatively dry.

One week before dropping it off at my house he put 3 quarts of oil into the crankcase because it was super duper low and parked the car for 6 days before driving it to my house which is probably 10-12 miles away. First thing i did was check the dipstick. Oil was black but barely on the stick...too little for me to tell if it was milky or not. I recall Honda telling me to check engine oil while motor was 100% cold. So im not sure how accurate a hot reading is. However, according to my reckoning he burned a quart of oil in 12 miles????

Not entirely sure how to proceed? Rings? Valve seals? Leakdown test(which i have no idea how to do...only seen it recommended on the forums here and there).

Oh yeah, car is getting kind of shitty gas mileage. coolant isnt in terrible shape(kinda dirty) and the coolant level hasnt really changed.

I would pull the head, redo it or have it done, and new rings for sure.

What color is the smoke? 94
