b20 blocks sleeves are weak from the start, after i think 7500 they sag anyways. its a good idea to get it sleeved. b20 pistons are 84mm and if your going to have this motor a high compression motor, go with either JE,arias, or CP(you can go over sized if you want, 84.5mm or 85 or 86). i think CP is the cheapest out of the 3. for the rods, go with the stock length b20 rods but get H Beam rods. and for this conversion, you are going to need a vtec oil line kit. and then a head gasket, and the LS/vtec dowel pins if you dont want to drill your head to fit the stock b20 pins. i cant remeber if you can just use your b16 dowel pins

yeh it will hold i never heard of throwing a crank, but throwing a rod. usually at high reving it puts alot more stress on the rods and cyl walls. if you put a girdle on the bottom end, get good rods and have it sleeved, you can rev it all day that high. and make sure u have a good oil pump because at that RPM. the stock pump will give out very soon

84mm is really reliable because its the stock size but i like to go either 84.5mm or 85. usually the aftermarket sleeves max out at 87.5mm. Aftermarket sleeves are even good enough to go 86mm and still be very reliable. Eagle rods are very recommendable rods. most people that have them would recommend them. as for pistons, go with either CP, ARIAS or JE. CP is the cheapest price but are still good. JE and ARIAS are alil bit more expensive but are really good pistons
