Default B20 and B18B timing belt same?

Is the B20 and B18B timing belt the same? I'm about to change out the timing belt, water pump, and fuel filter, and was wandering if I can use the B20 parts from a Honda dealership down the road.

I did some searching online and found out that the water pump and fuel filter have the same parts number, but the timing belt is different. I was under the impression that the B-series non-vtec timing belts were the same.

B18B
19200-P75-003 water pump
16010-ST5-933 fuel filter
14400-PR4-A01 timing belt

B20
19200-P75-003 water pump
16010-ST5-933 fuel filter
14400-P7J-004 timing belt
