Default B20 and B18B timing belt same?

Is the B20 and B18B timing belt the same? I'm about to change out the timing belt, water pump, and fuel filter, and was wandering if I can use the B20 parts instead. I have a Honda dealership down the road and my friend can hook me up with low prices.

I did some searching online and found out that the water pump and fuel filter have the same parts number, but the timing belt is different.
