B20 AWD swap...???
Has anyone ever heard of doing a B20 AWD swap into a 95 EG civic 4 door?? Cause if it's slightly possible, I'd like to do one, but I wouldn't know where to start with the rear end. If anyone has any info on this, please let me know where I can research and read up on it. I know the difficulty is going to be extremely tough, but I'm the type of person that's willing to try still. Please let me know what you think.
People have swapped the RT-4WD system into those cars. Combination of CRV and custom parts are needed, unless you have easy access to JDM RT-4WD Civic parts.
To get a true AWD system, you're going to need to look outside of Honda for the powertrain though.

You wouldn't happen to know where I would have to look for the powertrain do you? And what type of custom parts are we talking about? And where could I look for JDM RT-4WD parts? And please don't say e-bay lol
Reviving old thread. Look for CRVs in junkyards with a 5 speed. Gut engine, trans, rear diff, ecu and wiring harnesses, axles. Must see if the hubs and brakes will fit. If not modify them to fit bt fabrication. Super stiff springs to handle the extra 400-600lbs on the car. Idk if you need the shift lines or not. Its alot of work and fab to make the drivetrain fit the shell.
