b20 with 12.5 Compression...sleeve?
I was wondering if everyone is sleeving there b20 running a high compression. Or if anyone has had experience with "poleing" or "pinning" a block where studs are used through the water jacket and into the cylinder walls. This method seems better allowing more coolent to flow. I am just looking for someones input. I am getting to the point in my motor build where i need to make this decision.
any info on what sleeves are the best. Darton vs. Golden eagle?
Any input from someone that has built this motor would be greatly appriciated.

With a properly installed GE blockguard you should be fine... As long as you replace the bottom end and spring/retainers you can rev up there a ways... prolly 9k..... I dunno it all depneds on tunning.. Good Luck

Is that safe? Doing 9k on a b20 resleeved... I know B20's have the siamese sleeves. Those are suppose to be weaker than individual sleeve.. Just wondering...
resleeve the block, i've seen several sleeves crack and it wasn't just because of a lack of tuning.
do things correctly the first time...

do it right the first time or you will pay later. One way or another GE will eventually see that block
