b18b1 revs sometimes between 500-1500rpm like a heart beat....
no other issues that i've noticed thus far.
any ideas....

you mean an LS (B18AorB) and idle fluctuates. Learn how to search and do research, had to do it while in school correct?! Unless your an illegal immigrant that never went to school.
