Default b18c5 problems w/ ecu n hondata!!!!!

k ive been helpn out on workn on a type r n has hondata, kk heres the deal, around a week ago the car would start n run for about a sec then turn off, so..... we let it sit kinda waiting to work on it, the p28 acted as if it was fried about a week ago n wouldnt let the car run, also was only throwing a check engine when the car was on. week went by n we started messn w/ it n put the p28 back in, it started n ran perfect after we changed a setting on the hondata off of 50RPM lmao, but later on today, went to drive it n now its doin exact thing, the car starts for about a sec n then turns off, its throwing the code 15 but when whe change ecu's to a ctr ecu w/o hondata it starts n runs decently. ne ideas, think a pin is loose in the ecu? ne suggestions?

sounds like you have short some where in the solder joints in your hondata. If stock ecu runs perfectly it can happen I have a bunch of friends that tune hondata.

would that make the car not run if the shoulderjoints on the hondata box are messed up?
