B18C1 engine knock
The motor is a B18C1 from a 1994. It has roughly around 140,000 kms on it.
Now my question is, how do I determine whether its main bearings, rod bearings, or piston wrist pin noise (other than obviously tearing it apart)?
The engine only knocks under light loads. You can full throttle with no noise, or idle with no noise, which leads me to believe its a piston wrist pin noise.
Any advice on this would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

Well when i had a knock in my lude i checked my oil and behold what did i find gold flakes, i thought i was a rich man 
till i relized it was just my rod and crank bearings.
