well i took care of al the cel's, and i think i know what my prob is, my damn ecu!!!! well my dumbass forgot to bolt the ecu all the way down 
now i need to find another person with a ecu to see if it will fix the problem. Also u can hear vtec come on it just doesnt feel like its running 100%. and the 7k rev limiter. ill keep u guys updated
