Default B18C-R Fuel Injector ECU code on a EK

I swapped in a B18C-R in my 00 EK. I used a 99-00 Civic Si harness. Did a 'lil sensor switching and presto was ready to be dropped in. I left it 0BD2A (ECU) via jumper harness w/ OBD2B (ENGINE HARNESS)...

I finally got to turn the car on after receiving my jumper harness. Well i only got one code (16) Fuel Injector. Well during the sensor switching i noticed that one of the injector clips was broken, so instead of unclip'n it. I cut it off and replaced it with one from the ITR harness. This is where i'm not sure on what i did. Did i connect the right wire with the other. YELLOW to YELLOW and BLUE to RED? ITR harness injector clip onto a Si Harness.
I just found out that the color doesn't matter as along as yellow and yellow meet. So I know that isn't the problem.

If that is not the case, what else can i do? I do have 1/4 TANK of 87 OCTANE in the tank. In which might be a slight problem as well. But don't know what else to do.I need a little guidance when it comes to electrical problems.
Any advice is appreciated.
........slight update. I left the car running 'til it warm up. As soon as i turned the car on the RPM's where around 1100 or so. After it warmed up it idle higher almost 1500. I also notice smoke coming out from intake manifold, head. On the dizz side. I checked if i had any coolant leaks, but turned out not to be any. Anyways hopefully with this info someone can help me out.

Tonight i will have the battery disconnected as well as the ECU. I unplegged the Fuel Injectors as well and plug them back in.

Hopefully something turns out from this into the right path.

Injectors do not have continuity.

UPDATE:

The car idles fine. 800-900 normal operationg temp. I've check the end part of the harness (by the brake master cylinder) and it seem's fine. I would say that the engine is running at it's best, but when i look at the cluster it trips me out. I pull the code and its the same (16). I still do need to check the resistance on the injector clips.

Could it be that my harness is bad? I'm using a 00 Civic Si...what about an 02 sensor?
