B18C loss of power
Well I had an oil leak on the intake side of my valve cover which resulted in puddles of oil on my intake manifold. I took off the cover, power-washed the gay spray paint from the previous owner, and the inside as well. I had a new gasket, and applied liquid gasket to the areas recommended by the official acura service manual for the integra and replaced the tube seals. I even torqued every bolt down to spec, I replaced the O-ring on the Dizzy and the v-tec filter with a liberal amount of liquid gasket all over it. I let it all dry before starting the car.
When I drove it, the car felt slower, and I'm not talking about at redline or even in VTEC. When I was driving up a hill, 35ish in 5th around 2000rpms, my car would not accelerate anymore, there just wasn't any power.... this is the same car that I could previously start from a dead stop in third gear(found out by accident). I had to drop a gear to make it up this mellow hill. when i got to work there was a leak from the v-tec. I sprayed de-greaser everywhere cleaned everything and re-torqued it to spec. When I got to work today, there wasn't any leakage, for the first time! There was still, however, a rather noticeable lack of power.
anyways. . . The dizzy is back where it should, with the same advancement as before all the ignition wires are connected properly, all the injectors are too.
Please let me know what you think.

Did you verify the "same advancement" with a timing gun?
Notches in the mounting flange only go so far for accuracy.
As far as the liquid gasket goes, a little goes a *long* way. Do not over do it. I'd go back again, and recheck everything.
