B18b1 Wiring problem in Ek
typo ( B18B1 )
I just swapped my 98' B18b1 into my 97 Ek hatchback and came to a few problems
First off
-passenger axle sticks out 1 inch too far out? ( suppose to be a B-series axle ) so im guessing its the wrong one?
And Exactly What shift linkage do i use? the one i bought ( B-series ) doesnt fit
-I Need help wiring my Stock ek Wiring Harness with my LS swap,
I heard the harness works but need help modifying... How do i know which connectors are the ones i need to extend and exactly where they go?
Does anyone have any diagrams of SOHC obd2 harness on an LS engine?
I dont have much time left to finish the swap
Here is how i can explain the harness
Everything i could plug in is plugged in except:
-I have to connectors ( off the harness ) by the tranny and no where to connect to.
-I have a connector right under the Intake Manifold and i believe it connects to the connector right under the alternator? coming out the block?
-I also have two connectors near the top of the Manifold and dont know where they connect to,
-I have 1 sensor towards the right of the intake manifold on the top ( does it connect to one of the extra two connectors near the manifold coming from the harness )
And if i have to change some connector ends
Where can i buy them?

here is what you do.. go to your local autozone or kregen and buy urself a Haynes Repair Manual for Civic/Integra...look at your left over plugs you have that is not plugged in and and see which color they are, now look in the book on the Wire diagram and find those colors and trace them to the connector and it will tell you what plug that is..now find that sensor on the motor and see if its plugged in or not..if the motor doesnt have that sensor then dont worry about it..
make sure you have a hydro tranny with a hydro halfshaft bcuzz cable and hydro halfshafts are diff.. then make sure ur axles are any 94+teg and it should fit
ur linkage should be from any b series HYDRO

I bought me an 97' LS engine harness, everything is where its suppose to be, except the ends of the engine harness, they dont match up to the connectors by the firewall, Can i change the connectors from my civic harness?
but i cant do this until i fix my problem down below
And i tried taking off my stock civic harness, but when i came to the battery area, it doesnt end, it goes all the way to the ECU, where do i split it?
