The acceleration is the slowest out of all the B-series. I've had one on my turbo LS for a long time and I didn't mind at all. The highway cruising is great, and you're not at a high rpm. Eventually, I switched to a 4.400 FD.
If you're on a budget, I would get it. It's very cheap compared to the other B-series out there. Less than half the price usually if you look around. If you ever want to put an LSD on there, and you know how to work on tranny's, you can do it.
