Default B18b to obd0

I've got a b18b block and either a obd 1 or 2 b16 head. I've already got a obdo distributor. Do i have to swith sensors to obd 0 also. In the head and also the block. I know this has prolly been covered but i've looked and i can't find a definite answer on my block.

Just about everything is the same... The only difference you'll really find on the new bottom end is the fan switch. The later model stuff switched to the standard FANC switch on the thermostat housing, where as the old sensor was on the rear of the block (sort of next to the oil pressure sender). Not a big deal though. They both work on the same impedance, so assuming you're still running a nonOBD harness with the old style FANC connector, you'll just need to extend the wiring and add on the newer style connector (same connector as the IAC, IAT, ECT, VTM, etc.). If you're running an OBDI/II head with the stock injectors, be sure to bypass your old resistor box (again assuming it's still the old nonOBD harness) for the injectors, or swap some nonOBD's back in. Either way will work.

Yup everything else is the same. Obviously you'll need to add the wiring in for VTEC, etc. (if you haven't already), but that shouldn't be too much of a problem.
