Ok I'm going to be doing a build up in a '95 B18b and was wondering what brand of pistons, rods, and bearings I should go for. I'm going for a high compression NA motor btw. I would prefer best bang for your buck kind of thing but what ever you feel is best for my application.

Go with a JDM B16 head and JDM B16 pistons with a 1-layer gasket, which would yeild 12.1:1 and be much cheaper than going with a complete build.

I'm planning on going with a Darton Modular sleeve setup, 84.5MM bore and forged JE pistons, etc, and a 1-layer gasket to get 12.1:1 and 2.0L ls/vtec

 

Sounds like a nice setup your going to have.
