Default B18A1 Crank in a B16A?

I have a B18A1 block at home and was planning on doing a LS/Vtec conversion. But what I was wondering was, is will the B18A1 crank fit in the B16A block?

And if it does, what are some problems if any that I would run into?

The b18a/b crank fits in the b16a blocks with no modifications.Uses the same mani bearings. You will need custom pistons though. You can either use stock b16a size rods and pistons with a 24mm compression height for a 1.50 rod taio,or LS length rods with a rebushed small end,and custom pistons(forgot who makes those) and end up with a 1.54 rod ratio.
