OK so i had this shop rebuilding my motor and in the past 7 weeks they havent done **** im like WTF so im pickin my **** up tomorrow and doin it myself...i was wonderin where i could get the torque specs and whats the best way to go, ACL Bearing kit and what not i searched but nothing real specific when it comes to b18a blocks

 

BUMP....someone gotta have a quick link to help do my head and block and what not c'mon i searched already to mcuh bullshit not information

 

absolute best bet would be to get a workshop manual for the engine if possible or the car that engine came out of and maybe one for the car its going into if its a swapover, that way youll know its 100% correct and its easy to refer to and it covers a lot more subjects that you may need in future, helms is a name i hear a lot on ht, but we dont have em in nz,just haynes
