faq / step by step

Default faq / step by step

Wondering if there is a faq or vfaq somthying I can print out for steps for an engine swap just a stock d16z6 same engine is in now. Anyone point me in the right direction. Im sure i could do it w/o some kind of booklet or printed out steps but it would take alot longer. any help is greatly appreciated

Your best bet is to go grab a Helms manual. There may be some here, but you really can't beat the Helms. It's 60 dollars and has all the torque specs, labeled drawings, and anything else you could imagine about removing a motor.

and can pick one of those up at like napa or some ****, im really hoping for a vfaq but if thats not possible then i suppose a helms or somthing will have to do

Listen to this man. The HT write ups may be somewhat helpful, but nothing will beat the Helms manual....
