Im helpin my friend build a b18a. using a fully P&P 2000 b18b head, crower stageIII cams etc. were lookin to get about 13:1 c/r. What are good rods a pistons to use with stock crank. Also looking for a real good r/s ratio, so might need raised wrist pins. so give me your input.

I wouldn't go with crower cams they have the reputation of snapping.
It all depends on how much you're willing to spend to what you should get.

 

theoldone.com (Endyne) sells rods and pistons, but they are stock configuration so you have the stock r/l ratio. If you want something different you are talking about custom stuff. I have seen a drag motor with a plate welded to the block that made the block higher. It used custom rods and I think stock configuration pistons.

 

you talking about a decking? their good but a bit pricy and its best to have the plate welded too.
