B18A, B18B?? Whats the difference???!?!
Wrong. B18A - 140 horsepower. B18B - 142 horsepower. The difference is the cams and a slightly better flowing head for the B18B motor. The blocks are the same, so for LS/vtec you should have no worries.

wrong again. cams are same part #. different intake manifold, different exhaust manifold and different ECU.
that's where you get the 2hp w/ the b18b. gotta love honda. heh.
