I just dropped a b18 non vtec swap and had to get a new obd 1 dizzy using a jumper from obd 2 to obd1. The car cranks but does not turn over I checked the firing order and its still doing the same thing not sure what else could be the issue .

 

Have you checked compression?
Do you have a good spark, use HEI spark tester to check.
What is the fuel pressure. is fuel reaching the cylinders, [are injectors working]?
