Default b18 head differant from b16 head???

Ok well i have a old school jdm b16 and i got a new intake manifold but it doesnt match all the studs coming out of the head. Im curious if either jdm b16 heads are differant or if b18 heads are a little differeant. The only stud that doesnt line up is the top center stud.

be more specific
which b18 head? b18a/b? b18c1/5?

The b16 will accept a b18c5(ITR) intake manifold, but it won't accept a b18a/b(non-vtec) or a b18c1 intake manifold

Well i bought this car with a motor swap in it. The motor is a jdm b16a. So i thought the head would be stock b16 head. But about the head, im not sure what head, thats what im trying to figure out. Is there any morkings on the head that will tell me what head it is?

stock Ported and polished obd1 manifold. The reason im puting a new manifold is because i converted the motor to obd1 since the ecu was a obd1 and the original manifold was a obd0.

The new manifold is a Stock b16a2 manifold. But this is almost out of my main question, I was just asking if there was a differance in heads.

I think what MR RH Tuner is trying to explain is that some B18 heads do have different bolt pattern for the intake manifold.

I know that a B18C5/6 off a Type R is the same as a B16A2 head, but the lower spec B18 with a dual runner intake manifold (think this would have been an Si engine, the 168bhp one) has a different bolt pattern.

B18C1 (GSR) heads have slightly different locations for the lower row of bolts than B16 and B18C5 heads, which have the same bolt pattern. Depending on the manifold, I have drilled them out and made them fit, but that's a hack soluion as the ports are shaped differently too.
