this is a pr3 (b16) head right?

Yup. A b16 head is either pr3-2 or -3 and a b17 head is the other.

Same thing.

It is a PR3 head and the intake manifold are the same I think but I am not totally sure.

the heads and manifolds are the same. im 99.9% sure.
