Default B16B head on B16A2 block....

Has anyone done or know anyone that put a b16b head on a b16a2 block? If it's possible I know I have to change the heads and rods and other stuff on the block. I'm not looking to do a swap in the future but I hope to give it some boost

B16B is a ported & polished factory B16a head it will fit your B16a (but not worth the money). B16B shares the head with other B16As (all other generations), B18c (JDM) and B18c5, B16B, B17A. B16A heads have PR3 stamp on them.

block found on the B16B is taller (its a B18C block) so that rods and crank is different therefore unuseable on the B16A.
piston can be used but the c/r will go to about 11:1 area (which is not needed for boost)
