My guess is that it was either a JDM block stamped with a 4 on the end, or some strange obscure variant built for cars in a country with almost no Honda's or aftermarket.

I know that motor is in the Eastern block cars, and I want to say I have heard of it being in Canadian Del Sols. Lots of countries around the world, especially Europe, have the same motors, just with different stamps, like the B18C4, and B18C6 here in Germany, along with the D16Z5 which another DOHC version of the D series/ZC family.

Come to think of it, I believe there was a guy in Poland who said he had one. It only had like 150 horsepower though.

They are rated the same as the USDM and EDM ones @ 160ps. Maybe it was an automatic which is rated at like 155ps.
