B16A2 Vacuum Diagram

Can anyone show me a diagram, I've recently put in a B16 engine with the B16A2 Intake manifold in my 95 civic hatch and I do not kno how to run the vacuum lines that well, Im completely missing one of it and the thing on top of the intake manifold is capped off. Can anyone supply pics please??

only one thats not on there is the brake booster (big one on back/top)
