the search isnt working for me it keeps saying error, but does anybody know if it would be worth putting a b18c1 head on a b16a2.

um, if the b16 already has a b16 head on it then leave it be. In my opinion it's not worth it unless your b16 head is messed up.

i have a gsr head and i was planning on doing ls/v but i ended up changing my mind and someone on here has a b16 block for a good price or should i just save up the extra money and get the gsr block

A GSR head on a B16 block would basically be like any B16, except with slightly higher compression and a head that doesn't flow as well(as a B16 head). If you already have the parts, it wouldn't hurt to run that setup, but you might want to just sell off the B16 block and get a B18 one. LS blocks and even longblocks are pretty cheap.
