Default B16a1 Fuel Issues

I have a B16a1 swapped into a 90 crx, and it's sucking down fuel. I checked my ecu and it's not blinking so I'm assuming it's not the O2 sensor. Also did a tune up on it, the works, and it's still just eating up fuel. I have the Ys1 tranny so the gearing is extremely low but I've drivin it long distances befor and never had this problem. Anyone got the same problem or any Ideas, gas gauge broken maybe. Need some help, thanks
