Suspension Gap...

Suspension Gap... any experts?
Well I have a 00 si, with stock suspension the back right suspenion side
(passenger side) looks higher than the rest of the car. The GAP between the
fender and the tire I measured was 4 inches, the rest of the car is 3 inches.
WOULD ANYBODY KNOW WHAT WOULD BE CAUSING THIS AND WHAT I CAN DO
TO FIX THIS???
