Can someone give me the specs for both motors???

there pretty much the exact same
10hp more on the b16 (second gen, not b16a2) the b16a2 is out of the 99+ si.

the only differences between the motors is that some of the spaller parts differ a little in design, solely based on technology advances and efficency purposes.

i dont have the physical lift/duration specs but from my own experiences and what ive learned on this board, the first gen cams arent the same.
