B16A vs B18C?
They both flow almost the same. The B18C head flows slightly better at valve lift that is higher than any daily driver will see. There are flow charts on the Alaniz website.

welcome newb.
which head is stronger? they're both the essentially the same, minus a few minor differences. From my personal experience w/either heads, the ITR/B16A (PR3) head flows better top end wise whereas the P72/GSR head has better low-mid range power but can lack top end power. I speak in terms of stock heads using stock intake manifolds. You can build either head up to make more power of course.
Outta the box though, a P72/B18C head will make more compression over a PR3/B16A/ITR head.

the b16 top end flows better than the b18c (head, including intake manifold) due to the dual stage intake manifold and butterflies, but the head themselves are about even

depends if you want more torque or not
