hey guys on cold start on my b16a ef3 , it revs at 4k

now when i removed the hose going from throttle body to i think (vacume advance thingy) with the 1 way valve it revs normally around 2k for cold start .

is it ok to run it with no vacume hose at all ?

this thing hidden behind strut brace got a vac line to Throttle body with a 1 way valve i tried swapping direction of valve but made no differene its open pointing away from tb now .
