Diagnostic: 2 open vacuum lines needed on a JDM B16A
I have 2 spots that I am having issues trying to figure out what connects to them. Ok. 1. Really. The one near the throttle body I believe goes to the charcoal canister i don't have. So I am validating I can just plug it. The other on the intake I am trying to figure out what it is. Looks like the missing vacuum line triggers a valve that sends air through a hose to above the iacv.

The first one you referenced does in fact normally go to the charcoal cannister. You can cap it off. The second vacuum port that you have referenced goes to the mechanical idle up mechanism which happens to be missing from your throttle body. It normally bolts up to the throttle body with two screws... the threaded holes are just above the throttle wheel on an angled flat surface at about the 2 O'clock position when viewed from the opening of the throttle body. If you are not experiencing idle problems when the engine is cold, this vacuum port can also be capped off.

Thanks! no problem when it is cold. Chasing down an extremely low idle when warm (~1600 when cold, 300 when warm). I just cleaned out the screens in the iavc then realized I didnt have some of the vacuum lines correct, I have a Tee off the plenum going to the MAP and the fuel pressure regulator with the 2 on the throttle body capped off. (ok they really ran from one to the other) Not sure it would make a big difference, but either way I moved the MAP to the Throttle body and left the plenum supplying vacuum to the fuel pressure by itself.
